We aim to empower youth through a dynamic before and after school program that blends fun and fitness with foundational athletic training. At Parisi Jump Start Before and After Care Program, we create a positive and energetic environment where children of all skill levels build strength, confidence, and a lifelong love for movement.
Our Before and After Care programs are the perfect way to create a fun, supportive atmosphere that encourages physical activity and personal growth, while introducing youth to safe and effective fitness habits that can last a lifetime. Our approach focuses on developing speed, agility, and strength through age-appropriate athletic training, building confidence, and fostering a strong sense of teamwork. Whether children are aspiring athletes or just beginning to discover the joy of movement, we are committed to supporting every step of their journey.

Program Dates: August 25, 2025 – June 15, 2026
Times: 7am – school start and school end to 5pm (extend care available) Optional programs:
-Early Closing Program: When schools are scheduled for 3 hour early closing, a program is provided for children enrolled in the after-school program. An additional fee per day per will apply for these extra hours of care. When school is closed early due to an emergency, inclement weather, or mechanical failure, our programs will not operate.
-School’s Out Program: On most days when schools are scheduled to be closed, i.e. teachers’ in-service days and non-major holidays, we will provide a program. An additional fee per day per will apply for this full day program.

Foundational Fitness Skills
Proper warm-up and cool-down techniques are emphasized alongside functional movements such as squats, lunges, jumps, and core activation. Young athletes build balance, coordination, and body control, while also gaining flexibility and learning the basics of injury prevention.
Athletic Development
Speed and agility are developed through fun, age-appropriate drills that also teach acceleration, deceleration, and change-of-direction mechanics. Strength is built using body weight and light resistance, complemented by endurance and stamina-focused activities that support overall athletic performance.
Confidence
Confidence grows through a positive mindset, goal setting, and overcoming physical and mental challenges. Leadership and teamwork are cultivated in group settings, with strong emphasis on respect, responsibility, and sportsmanship.
Healthy Habits
Healthy movement and active play are encouraged, along with age-appropriate nutrition and hydration awareness. Rest and recovery are prioritized, supporting the development of consistent, sustainable habits that promote lifelong wellness.
